FULL-SERVICE PROCUREMENT
Primo offers comprehensive procurement services to source, bid, purchase, and install all FF&E and OS&E required for your project. With over three decades of procurement expertise, Primo leverages strong relationships with trusted vendors to offer competitive pricing and satisfy aggressive lead times for everything from custom furniture to tableware to decor.
1 | PLANNING
Review of designer specifications, project schedule, and client expectations, identification of potential challenges, and project setup using Primo's procurement software program. ​​​​​
2 | BUDGETING
Ethical and dependable bidding across Primo's network of local, domestic, and international vendors, with expert consultation and value engineering to maximize your project budget.​​​​​
3 | PURCHASING
Issuing, tracking, and reconciliation of purchase orders, with payment processing and distribution of piece-specific reports, quantity matrices, and project deliverables.​​​​​
4 | PRODUCTION
Coordination of production-related submittals, sample management, quality control, logistics, warehousing, and regular client updates - from inception to execution.​​​​​
5 | INSTALLATION
Scheduling and management of delivery and installation of all FF&E, OS&E, and accessories, reconciliation of vendor information, and creation of end-project punch list.​​​​
6 | CLOSING
Vendor payment tracking, punchlisting, and dispersement of project records, warranties, certificates, care & maintenance instructions, and finalized specifications.​​​​​
DISCOUNTED PURCHASING
As a procurement firm, Primo receives steep discounts on FF&E and OS&E not available to end clients.
Whether it's a single chair or a hundred, we'll extend our discounted pricing to you with a small markup.
To purchase your products through Primo, contact us with your finalized selection(s), and we'll provide you with a quote for purchasing them at Primo's discounted rate. We do not have order minimums.
